The original MAGA movement started in the 1980's during the Reagan era where "Reaganomincs" crippled our country. Now under the Trump version of MAGA, the years under his presidency have been nothing short of chaos; racial, gender, and socioeconomic discrimination. A worldwide pandemic, unnecessary deaths and other acts of strife brought about by a government regime that has shown their apathy and indifference to its people each day. The MAGA regime states that they plan to, "Make America Great Again." With the country on the verge of an implosion of epic proportions, it leads to the question, "When was America 'Great'?" Don't get it twisted, there have been times that America has had bright spots; we were at our "Greatest" when we got together as one during the the 9/11 tragedy, and there have been other times that the country has been good... but never, "Great". Unless... you fit into that one narrowly defined demographic. Everyone who lives in this country wants the "United States" to be "Great".  However, being "Great" should not come at the expense of racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, classism or the absence of treating your fellow man with care and kindness. You know... core "Christian" values. This site is for people who are ready to start the process; to begin the journey of Making America "Great".

The MAG. concept came from an elementary school educator who wanted to do away with the MAGA term. He wanted to just "Make America Great", and that's it. But he wanted to emphasize the "Greatness" of making America... not as a continuation or a rewind, but as a starting point. In the English language, the period is not only used as an ending of a sentence, it is an affirmation.  Better yet... the period is a declaration. So, us like-minded people declare that we will not do the same thing over again and expect different results, and we are going to start right now. This site is for all, and it embraces all; rich/poor, all races/creeds, all genders and religions because this site fully embraces the first words of the Preamble to the Constitution, "We... the People." The numbers, '26 and '28 refer to the election cycles of 2026 and 2028. Then the site fully believes in the other mantra:

         We can't MAKE something AGAIN,

         If we've never MADE it BEFORE.

        So we need to begin MAKING it,NOW. 

        C'MON... LET'S START SOMETHING!

Finally, taking the "A" off the end of MAGA and putting a period on the end is a symbolic gesture of putting a cap on that era, and starting a brand new one. Thus, welcome to the MAG. (said, MAG dot) era; where we "Make America Great... PERIOD."
